THCO and Drug Test

With THCO having minimal drug testing research, it is not clear if a consumer taking these products would fail or pass a drug test, but because it is so closely related to Δ9 THC it is possible it can show up positively on a drug test. It is advised that the use of any products that contain THC content should be used at your own discretion.

Is THC-O Legal?

THCO is in a gray area but based on the current interpretation of the 2018 Farm Bill, it is legal since our THC-O extract is 100% derived from legal hemp and does not contain more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC.
